Deep Sleep – Enormous Health Benefits

This is an interesting TED Talk. While I don’t agree with everything nor should you, it should make you aware of the benefits of deep sleep.  What I don’t agree with is HOW to get more deep sleep.  I think that improved meditation and if you need to, use gentle music like in SleepTracs to help you go back to sleep when your mind “pops up like a piece of toast” and is ready to take action.  What happens is that your mind has recovered while the rest of the has NOT.  This dichotomy is a really challenge and we go through our day and our lives wondering WHY we aren’t getting enough sleep.
